Llay Residential Development – Fire Suppression Systems
Project Overview
This residential development in Llay comprises 25 new-build homes, delivered as part of a phased construction programme. We were appointed to design, coordinate, and install fire suppression systems, supporting the project from early stages through to completion.
The scheme is now approaching handover, with second fix works and commissioning underway.
